I'm having issues launching or connecting, what can I do?

Having issues launching or connecting to Tribes of Midgard? We're investigating cases such as these, but please first try the following list:

All platforms
  • Restart your device
  • Restart your internet (router and/or modem
  • Check if the game needs an update
  • Uninstall and reinstall the game
PC only
  • Make sure your computer's time is not on "manual" (should be set to "automatic")
  • Check if Steam needs an update
  • Try verifying Steam files
  • Make sure your anti virus isn't blocking the game
  • Update your graphic card drivers
  • Verify Microsoft Visual C++
  • If you use a VPN, try turning it on and off
  • Launch Steam as an Admin and then start the game
Try these one at a time, launching between each:
  • Write %localappdata% in the Windows File Explorer, double-click on the folder "TOM" and delete the "Saved" folder. Launch the game.
  • Uninstall the game. Write %localappdata% in the Windows File Explorer, double-click on the folder "TOM" and delete the "Saved" folder. Reinstall the game. Launch the game.
PlayStation only:
  • On the Home screen, press Start while the game is selected, and Quit
